Consumer: An individual not acting for business or professional purposes.
Entrepreneur: Huge Upward LTD, provider of products and services through this website.
Agreement: Any distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Cooling-off Period: The time during which the consumer may use the right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal: The option for the consumer to cancel the agreement within the cooling-off period.
Durable Medium: Any tool (such as email) that allows consumer or entrepreneur to store information for future reference.

These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via this website.
Before purchase, the consumer can review these Terms. They can also be requested at any time by email.

6. Right of Withdrawal
Customers may cancel the purchase of a product within 14 days without reason.
The withdrawal period starts when the product is received. For multiple or recurring deliveries, the period starts after the last delivery.
For services or digital products, the withdrawal period starts the day after the agreement is made.
If we fail to provide mandatory withdrawal information, the withdrawal period is extended to 12 months.

The product must be returned within 14 days after this notification, with all accessories and original packaging where possible.
Customers bear the direct costs of return shipping unless stated otherwise.
If services start during the withdrawal period at the customer’s request, a proportional fee may apply.
No costs are charged if withdrawal rights or required information were not properly provided.
On withdrawal, any related contracts are automatically canceled.

If withdrawal is submitted electronically, the entrepreneur will confirm receipt immediately.
All payments, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days after withdrawal.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
Extra costs for premium shipping methods chosen by the consumer will not be refunded.

Market price–dependent products (financial fluctuations).
Public auction purchases.
Services fully performed with prior consent.
Accommodation, leisure activities, or transport with fixed dates.
Custom-made or perishable goods.
Sealed health/hygiene products once unsealed.
Mixed goods after delivery.
Digital content delivered electronically, if execution began with consumer’s consent.

Prices remain stable during offer validity unless VAT changes apply.
Products tied to financial market fluctuations may vary; this will be stated clearly.
No price increases within 3 months unless required by law.
Prices always include VAT.

Products/services will meet the agreed description, quality, and legal standards.
Extra guarantees from supplier, manufacturer, or importer never limit legal rights.
13. Delivery & Execution
Orders will be handled with care and delivered to the address provided.
Standard delivery within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
Delays or partial delivery will be communicated within 30 days. Consumers may cancel and get a refund if necessary.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to consumer only after delivery.

Indefinite contracts: can be canceled anytime with 1-month notice.
Fixed-term contracts: can be canceled at end of term with 1-month notice.
Automatic renewal is limited (e.g., magazines up to 3 months).
Trial subscriptions end automatically unless extended.
Contracts longer than 1 year can be canceled after 1 year with 1-month notice.
15. Payment
Payments must be completed within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
Prepayments cannot exceed 50% unless explicitly agreed.
Consumer must report incorrect payment details immediately.
Late payments may result in legal interest and collection costs (max. 15%).

We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@shineuponline.com. If this does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you may contact your local consumer protection authority or an independent dispute resolution body in your country.

The laws of the country where the business is registered apply exclusively.
Complaints must first be submitted directly to the entrepreneur.
If a complaint is not resolved, consumers may escalate the matter to an independent dispute resolution body or their local consumer protection authority within 12 months.
The entrepreneur is bound if the consumer chooses an official dispute resolution channel.
18. Guarantee of Compliance
The entrepreneur ensures compliance with any binding decisions from recognized dispute resolution bodies.
Consumers are protected up to €10,000 per case.
19. Additional or Deviating Provisions
Any additional conditions must not disadvantage the consumer and must be clearly documented.
20. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Changes are only made after consultation with relevant authorities or consumer protection organizations where required.
Updates are valid once published. During special offers or promotions, the most consumer-friendly rule will apply.
